TUESDAYS - KONGA & TYGA
KONGA is a low-complexity, high intensity cardio workout with a mix of boxing, plyometrics, sculpting & toning.
TYGA is a mid-complexity, high-intensity dance-based workout incorporating dance styles such as afro, dancehall, Latin & hip-hop.
Work up a sexy glow with a dance-inspired workout set to some of the hottest tunes. Strut off at the end of the night feeling FIERCE!
This class is a joint effort between The Jungle Body with Alyssa & The Jungle Body with Fern.
THURSDAYS - KONGA & TYGA
The same dance workout you know & love from Tuesdays!
You'll get lots of variety between the Tuesday & Thursday classes - we don't repeat tracks in the same week.
